Lost / Stolen Cards

CFCU's fraud monitoring service is available 24/7 to assist you with lost or stolen cards.

To report a lost or stolen Debit or ATM card, call 888-241-2510 (or 909-941-1398 from overseas).

To report a lost or stolen Credit Card, call 800-449-7728 or 866-820-3804.

If your Debit/ATM card has been blocked for suspected fraud, call 888-241-2440 (or 909-941-1034 if overseas) to reach Falcon Fraud Monitoring. You will need to give the case number they previously provided to you, or your full card number. You can also contact CFCU directly during business hours.
